The Grace of God

I am not strong

I have no strength of my own

I was so frail 

Lamed by my realities...

When I was in my saddest pit 

When I could not even

lift my finger 

It is the grace of God

that helped me up

Teaching my heart

a moment at a time 

on how to breathe...
